Our client, a well-known fashion brand, is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join their team on a contract basis in their New York office. This role is on site 1 day per week.
Responsibilities :
- Provide support to the Compensation Team as they prepare to launch the annual compensation review cycle.
- Providing benchmarking support for all roles.
- Reviewing job descriptions & benchmarking roles to different survey matches.
- Conducting benchmarking analysis and providing status reports.
- Providing additional support as needed on ad-hoc compensation projects.
- Provides support to team to ensure statutory, regulatory, and organizational requirements are met utilizing reporting tools.
- Analyzing, verifying, tracking and reporting on compensation programs including job evaluation and analysis for assigned functional areas.
