Duties & Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Street Medicine program, including collaborating with all FSC Outreach programs.
- Provide education, supervision, performance management, and quality control for the Street Medicine team.
- Work with the Outreach Director to develop and execute Street Medicine's strategic plan.
- Responsible for monitoring key performance indicators and adjusting operations within Street Medicine to achieve annual and strategic goals.
- Collect, analyze, and report data to the Outreach Director for services rendered to the community.
- Participate in interdepartmental and community-based meetings that pertain to the Street Medicine program.
- Supervise Street Medicine staff, ensuring that patient care management and logistics are met.
- Supervise the Street Medicine student intern program, oversee the day-to-day activities, and guide the Street Medicine intern curriculum to ensure learning objectives are met.
- Evaluate the usage of the care services and act as an intermediate to resolve any issues that may arise with patients.
- Oversee supplies, PPE, and other inventory, as needed, to ensure its availability for service delivery.
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA and other data privacy guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to OSHA laws and other pertinent safety guidelines.
- Provide regular updates to the Outreach Director on the operations and status of the Street Medicine program.
- Operate and maintain company vehicles assigned to the Street Medicine program.
- Minimal local travel as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, plus two years of work experience in a related field or a combination of education and related experience totaling 5 years.
- Direct outreach or front-line work experience with the unsheltered population.
- Leadership, negotiating, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid Driver's license in the state of Utah and clean driving record.
- Excellent communication skills such as listening, speaking, and writing.
- Experience with Excel and data.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid EMT license in the state of Utah.
- Utah State Case Management Certification.
- Spanish language fluency and experience with medical Spanish.
- Previous experience with management or leadership.
Salary : $55,480 - $60,000
