Our client, a beauty company with an NYC based salon, is looking for a Temporary Receptionist / Front of House Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis.
Schedule : Tuesday - Saturday. Shifts between 8 : 30am-8 : 30pm.
Responsibilities
Answering all phone and email inquires - forward calls as needed
Manage the front desk- greet & check in all guests
Complete clerical tasks such as paperwork, scanning & filing
Ensure office supplies are available & ordered
Assist in coordinating appointments, staff meetings & trainings
Act as a liaison for several departments
Ensure all office environmental standards are upheld
Perform administrative functions to support different business areas
Qualifications
1-2 years of office management / reception experience in the beauty or salon care industry.
Maintain a friendly and warm demeanor at all times
Strong problem solving skills
Impeccable attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
