Job Summary : Fouts Bros, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead our manufacturing engineering team in Milledgeville, Georgia. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in our production operations. This role requires a strong background in manufacturing engineering, leadership, and project management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the manufacturing engineering team to achieve production goals.
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality.
- Oversee the design and bill of material details for all products and production lines in support of manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate on upfront process to ensure sales orders are converted accurately to production orders.
- Ensure all print packages released to the floor meet customer and product specifications, include detailed drawings and complete Bill of Materials (BOMs) prior to Clear to Build.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize commercial, technical and production workflows.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Manage budgets and resources for engineering projects.
- Train and mentor engineering interns and offshore engineering team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
