We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting with service requests, parts inquiries, and general support needs via phone and email. Our call center receives approximately 300 incoming calls per day, requiring strong multitasking skills and a calm, efficient approach to problem-solving.
The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a strong customer-first mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a call center or high-volume customer service role is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and promote services.
- Communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry in our office systems.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay informed about product offerings and company policies to provide accurate information.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or customer support is preferred.
- Proficient typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role.
