Now Hiring : Call Center Representatives (Temporary Project)Location : Newark, New Jersey (Onsite Client Interviews & Onsite Worksite)Project Duration : 6 Months (Opportunity for extension based on business needs)Why Join Us?Competitive Pay : $16.50 / hour for non-bilingual candidates$17.50 / hour for bilingual candidatesFlexible Scheduling : Training : Monday - Friday, 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 30 PM (3 weeks)Regular Schedule : Monday - Friday, 10 : 15 AM - 7 : 15 PM, and Saturdays, 7 : 45 AM - 2 : 15 PM (with one weekday off).Role HighlightsThis is your chance to make a difference by assisting customers with their toll and bridge account inquiries! You'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service while developing valuable communication and problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities : Handle telephone inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy using established scripts and procedures.Research, resolve, and log customer issues via phone and written correspondence.Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions or information on available services.Maintain punctuality, adherence to schedule, and efficient use of AUX time.Support walk-in centers, the tags department, or the Vector system, as needed.Perform other assigned duties to ensure smooth operations.What We're Looking For : Strong customer service experience (call center experience not required).Computer literacy and the ability to navigate PC and Windows systems.Excellent communication skills and a desire to assist callers effectively.Strong analytical and interpersonal skills to resolve issues courteously and efficiently.Additional Information : Start Requirements : Candidates must clear a criminal background check to start (can begin with a pending drug screen).Interview Process : Onsite interviews with the client.Take this opportunity to join a dynamic team, build your skills, and grow your career.
