Job Description:
Fowlerville Community Schools is seeking a Transportation Assistant to assist the bus driver with individualized care of students on both morning and afternoon elementary and high school runs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to the bus driver in ensuring the safe transportation of students
- Assist with the supervision and care of students during bus rides
- Maintain a clean and organized bus environment
Requirements:
- Physical presence required while performing duties
- Regularly required to sit, occasionally stand, walk, reach, and stoop
- Lift and move up to 30 pounds as needed
- Close vision and ability to adjust focus necessary
