WHAT DOES A SERVICE TECHNICIAN DO?

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A SERVICE TECHNICIAN
To succeed as a Full-Time Service Technician at Fox Acura, you should possess a mix of technical skills and practical experience. A minimum of one year of related experience and/or training in automotive service is essential, or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience will suffice. Familiarity with diagnostic software and tools is critical for identifying vehicle issues accurately and efficiently. While Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certifications are preferred, they are not mandatory. A valid driver's license is also required to facilitate test driving vehicles and ensuring customer safety.
