A Fox Bros. Bar-B-Q Manager will play a key role in the daily operations of the restaurant. The Manager has the responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including food delivery, customer relations, team management, and ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer. A qualified applicant will possess a dedication to providing exceptional customer service, good communication skills, strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, exceptional team building capability. Finally, the Fox Bros. Bar-B-Q manager supervises individual shifts, helping ensure that dining guests are served in a manner that meets the standards set by the restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Full Service Restaurant/Bar Management experience
- Face to face customer interactions.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Knowledge of the food and restaurant industry
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety and hiring.
- Manage day to day operations, overseeing FOH
- Provide our guests with a memorable experience to insurance their return
- Be responsive to customer complaints or injuries

- Solve any issues that may arise (guests, staff, restaurant maintenance etc.)
- Minimum 2 years experience as a restaurant manager of a full-service restaurant.
- Thorough knowledge of quality restaurant service.
- Knowledge of F&B financial and cost controls.
- Knowledge of payroll, inventory and purchasing procedures.
- Ability to lead by example and demonstrate the Fox Bros BBQ expectations of presentation, body language and verbiage.
- Legal ability to work in the US.
- High School Graduate.
- Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English.
- Proficiency in complex mathematical computations and reasoning.
- Proficiency in problem solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work a flexible workweek including nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Ability to process payroll accurately and correct any issues that occur.

- Reaching to floor to pick up items, lifting items through full range.
- Lifting from chest height to tabletop, must be able to lift 40 lbs.
- Push/Pull chairs and tables as needed.
