What You'll Do :

As a Concrete Estimator / Purchaser, you will play a critical role in analyzing project requirements, managing costs, and sourcing materials to keep our projects running efficiently and on budget. Your responsibilities will include :

• Analyzing blueprints, specifications, and project requirements to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Developing detailed proposals, including labor, materials, and subcontractor costs.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to gather necessary project details.
• Reviewing supplier and subcontractor quotes for accuracy and cost efficiency.
• Managing job costing, labor hour breakdowns, and preparing change order requests.
• Conducting material takeoffs from construction drawings and creating job orders.
• Sourcing & purchasing project materials while ensuring compliance with schedules and budgets.
• Negotiating vendor contracts to secure optimal pricing and delivery terms.
• Staying ahead of market trends and supply chain conditions to anticipate material availability.
• Working closely with sales, logistics, and customer service teams to streamline procurement processes.
