As a Full-Time Superintendent at Fox Cities Builders, you'll be at the helm of our exciting construction projects in Seymour, WI! Your mission? To oversee and inspire teams of people leaders, subcontractors, and general laborers to ensure every project is completed safely, on time, and to specification. You'll delegate tasks based on each team member's expertise, while leading interdepartmental collaborations for seamless project execution.
Your day will be filled with organizing equipment, guiding site meetings, and proactively addressing any questions or concerns. Acting as the crucial link between our company, clients, vendors, and subcontractors, you'll ensure strict compliance with all regulations and best practices. Flexibility is key, as your hours may adjust with project demands. Most importantly, you’ll lead by example, mentoring and coaching your crew to embody the hardworking spirit of Fox Cities Builders – where we build not just structures, but lasting relationships!
Are you the Superintendent we're looking for?
To thrive as a Full-Time Superintendent at Fox Cities Builders, you’ll need a toolkit brimming with essential skills! Excellent verbal and written communication will help you navigate crucial conversations and keep the project on track. Your interpersonal and customer service skills will ensure strong relationships with clients, vendors, and your team. Organizational prowess and attention to detail are a must, as you'll juggle multiple tasks while ensuring deadlines are met with finesse.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills will empower you to tackle challenges head-on. Your supervisory and leadership abilities will shine as you prioritize and delegate tasks effectively among team members. A thorough understanding of project development, including reading blueprints, is crucial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google email, and ProCore, (or related software) will keep you ahead of the game.
Lastly, a valid driver’s license is required, and CDL endorsements are preferred. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Project Management along with three years of relevant experience rounds out the qualifications for this dynamic role!

- Bachelor’s degree in related field, which may include Engineering, Business, or Project Management required.
- At least three years of related experience required.
