What are the responsibilities and job description for the BRANCH MANAGER I position at Fox Communities Credit Union?
We currently have a career opportunity for a full-time Branch Manager I at our Main Street branch in Green Bay!
The Branch Manager manages the day-to-day activities of the branch team to ensure that team members are meeting established branch goals and service standards. This includes supporting and promoting the Fox purpose, mission, vision, values, and Member Experience programs and ensuring that the branch operates within staffing module guidelines.
The primary responsibilities of the Branch Manager role include but are not limited to :
- Promoting and upholding the Fox Purpose, Mission, Vision, and Values
- Hiring, monitoring, and supporting development for the branch team, providing daily performance and growth and development coaching to team members
- Monitoring branch goals and other performance and operational measures, and ensuring that appropriate steps are taken to correct unsatisfactory results
- Overseeing service and staffing levels of the branch, including MRO team members, to make sure the branch has adequate coverage and is responding to members’ needs quickly while ensuring the members’ overall experience is of the highest quality
- Maintaining communications with the VP of Branch Operations, preparing and submitting standard reports, and attending scheduled management meetings
- Monitoring all branch activities to ensure compliance with established credit union policies and procedures
- Monitoring key products / sales within the branch office to ensure profitable and sound business practices for the credit union, a high quality of service for members, and that team members are maximizing opportunities to sell products
- Holding team meetings to discuss areas needing improvement, changes to procedures or services, and to present general information and updates, including recognizing accomplishments and other activities of the team
- Building member relationships and ensuring the team is doing the same
- Utilizing Gallup Resources to improve the engagement of team members
- Ensuring branch facilities are maintained and serviced appropriately
- Acquiring training and maintaining current knowledge as a loan interviewer to help with overflow consumer lending needs at the branch
- Assisting MRO’s, MSR’s, tellers, and other departments when needed
- Committing to positively representing Fox in the community
Candidates for the Branch Manager position should possess :
Branch hours : Mon.-Fri. 8am-5 : 30pm, Sat. 9am-12pm (every third Saturday rotation)
