What are the responsibilities and job description for the MEMBER RELATIONSHIP OFFICER I position at Fox Communities Credit Union?
We currently have a career opportunity for a full-time Member Relationship Officer at our Military Avenue branch!
The Member Relationship Officer creates a positive impression and establishes strong member relationships. They assist members with consumer lending needs, new accounts, account maintenance, and problem resolution. While working with members, they uncover member needs and educate members on credit union products and services.
The primary responsibilities of the Member Relationship Officer role include but are not limited to :
- Promoting and upholding the Fox Mission, Purpose, Vision, and Values
- Providing members with sound financial guidance for all their consumer lending needs.
- Evaluate and recommend decisions based on lending policy.
- Professionally assist members with their needs by opening and maintaining checking, savings, CD and IRA accounts.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships to anticipate member’s future needs and to exceed their expectations.
Candidates for the Member Relationship Officer position should possess :
Preferred candidates will possess previous financial industry experience with account opening and consumer lending knowledge.
Branch hours : Mon.-Fri. 8am-5 : 30pm & Sat. 9am-12pm
