Custom Apparel Production Assistant

Position Summary:
The Custom Apparel Production Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of custom printed apparel. This position involves coordinating order preparation, maintaining quality control throughout the production process, and assisting with various printing techniques, including heat press, manual press, direct-to-screen printing, and vinyl plotting. The Production Assistant will also troubleshoot equipment issues, and maintain a safe and organized work environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
Position Responsibilities:
- Stage and coordinate order preparation for printing.
- Ensure consistent quality on custom printed apparel.
- Implement a production work schedule for order completion dates.

Assist in the custom apparel production process:
- Heat Presses
- Manual Presses
- I-Image direct to screen
- Vinyl plotters
- Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:
- Ability to follow directions and work well in a team.
- Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production equipment.

Position Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous printing production experience. (preferred)
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
