NOW HIRING: PROPERTY MANAGER LIHTC

• Demonstrated knowledge of OneSite, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, strong organization skills.
• Ability to comprehend rental documents and carry out related rent collections and lease.
• Ability to assist in completion of financial records, budgets, and other fiscal documents.
• Demonstrated understanding of property operations with emphasis on lease terms and contract enforcement.
• Requires a minimum of two (2) years Leasing Consultant or Property Manager experience or Associate’s Degree in Business Management.
• A minimum of one (1) year LIHTC experience.
• A minimum of one (1) year RealPage/OneSite experience.
• Hands-on experience in developing and maintaining marketing strategies.
• Technical marketing skills, i.e., Facebook.
• Proven experience in customer service, sales and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Fulfil the customer service and leasing of rental units.
• Ensure the community is in compliance with LIHTC requirements by training, conducting audits, inspections, and reporting, led by the Asset Manager.
• Assist and/or support leasing and marketing efforts.
• Assist in preparing all paperwork specific to new and renewal leases.
• Review resident files and accounting records to determine unpaid and/or late fees owed, communicate with residents regarding outstanding balances, implement procedures for collecting on delinquencies, and enforce the lease agreement.
• Lead in resident loyalty and retention initiatives.
• Organize daily work and community operations.
• Collect, post, and deposit rents/security deposits and other community income.
• Analyze current market conditions and competitor information to develop and implement marketing plans and projects for existing assets.
• Manage lead tracking by making contact and follow up leads generated through marketing efforts and document all correspondence with database.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential residents and their families looking to move into the community and effectively communicate the mission of FOX IL.
• Effectively market our community through networking, sales, advertising, public relations and community events.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
