Fox Pest Controls is seeking a dynamic and driven Regional Sales Manager to help drive sales and revenue for our business. In this role, you will enhance sales performance to meet budgeted targets and maintain staffing levels as planned. You will ensure comprehensive sales training is conducted and support Branch Managers in coaching and developing their sales teams. As a key leader, you will be an asset to salespeople and Branch Managers, providing direction for training and coaching of sales personnel, and assisting Branch Managers in other Branch functions as needed.
