What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Account Manager position at ISC Sales?
As a member of our inside sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business and maintaining existing customers in your assigned market. The position will call on OEMs, contractors, and end users of electrical enclosure climate control and related products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- High volume of outgoing and inbound phone calls and emails daily
- Generate sales leads and follow up on those leads
- Serve as product expert on your accounts
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence
- Manage hundreds of accounts through our defined sales process
