lt;p>We are seeking the expertise of an Application Development Manager to design build implement and support both vendorpackaged and custom internal solutions that enhance the institutions core banking platform and other enterprise applications in line with the strategic plan and technology roadmap.< / p>
Location< / strong> : Hybrid : Employees who are able to perform the essential functions of their jobs away from a location may do so with the expectation that they are onsite at least fifty percent of the time over a twoweek pay period.< / p>
Compensation Information : < / strong> The person hired into this position will earn between $113641.25 and $142051.56 plus annual bonus.< / p>
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work : < / strong> Full time / 40 hours per week< / p>
Essential Functions Include : < / strong> Manages and supervises the core development team distributed across scrum teams and business lines. < / li>
Overseeing resource administration planning allocation and organization as needed. Works closely with the Enterprise Project Management Office (PMO) on team delivery and attends appropriate stakeholder ceremonies.< / li>
Creates a supportive teamoriented work climate that enables project and resource team members to develop professionally; and that values diversity promotes teamwork and collaboration and emphasizes quality customer satisfaction creativity and costeffectiveness.< / li>
Demonstrates expertise and leadership in design and development concepts practices procedures and governance ensuring the delivery of highquality and efficient software solutions.< / li>
Implement processes for continuous improvement of application management practices. < / li>
Seeks feedback from users analyzes performance metrics and identifies areas for enhancement or innovation.< / li>
Defines design patterns reviews code and ensures that solutions adhere to Elevations coding compliance and information security standards.< / li>
Works with external vendors for integrated solutions. < / li>
Stays current with vendor strategic roadmaps to influence the health and currency of our application architecture.< / li>< / ul>
Reports to : < / strong> Assistant Vice President of Application Engineering
Required Skills Education and Experience< / strong> : 4year college degree or equivalent work experience; B.S. Computer Science preferred.< / li>
Six (6) years experience with financial institution technologies : Jack Henry (Symitar Synapsys Synergy SymXchange ARCU) MeridianLink Encompass Alkami COTS Image Center OpCon etc.< / li>
Experience in software development methodologies version control and testing practices.< / li>
Experience in leadership and people management experience with an emphasis on coaching mentoring guiding and motivating team members on project and product delivery and career / professional development. Ability to influence executive leadership.< / li>
Understands the principles of project management practices in an agile and iterative project management methodology.< / li>< / ul>
Preferred Skills Education and Experience : < / strong> BS or MS in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or equivalent.< / li>
