This includes analyzing information and interpreting search results, conducting research via internal and external sources, and composing conflict-of-interest reports.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree
- Experience with conflicts-of-interest and new business intake or related risk management/loss prevention processes in a law firm environment
- Knowledge of conflicts-of-interest and new business intake principles, including the ability to utilize and interpret data produced by research and workflow tools such as Conflicts Management, Intapp Open, Elite, and Elegrity
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong service orientation
- Strong evaluative and problem-solving skills
