Accounting Clerk – Full-Time

The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for performing general accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with various accounting activities, including accounts payable, cash receipts, payroll, and reconciliations. This position requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in accounting software.

Requirements and Skills

• Proven experience as accounts payable clerk or general accounting experience
• Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
• Proficient in MS Office – especially Excel
• Excellent math ability
• High school diploma required; Associate’s Degree preferred

This is a full-time position; Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm (37.5 hours per week).

Pay range $20-$25 per hour based on education & experience.
