- Qualifies, distributes and manages all new leads in collaboration with National and Regional Sales Managers, Sales Representatives, and Distributors.
- Negotiate pre-sales order terms and conditions related to payment terms, shipment terms, warranties, and other liabilities as noted on an order by order basis.
- Maximize sales volume, profitability, and market penetration of the business units’ markets through management, administration, and performance of sales activities.
- Ensures customer satisfaction and directs resources as required to remedy any identified customer
- Identify opportunities for business
- Maintain updated sales opportunities and provide frequent sales forecasts upon request, as
- Supports the Sales Channel network via the NSMs and RSMs and ensures that the Sales Channel network, both Sales Representatives and Distributors, are properly trained and supported to maximize the opportunity for business growth.
- Supports national and regional trade shows, webinars, and factory training events as
- Provides direct support for high profile projects and technical service issues as
- Maintains up-to-date reporting of sales activities along with analysis and reports on large long-term
- Provides feedback to management regarding industry trends and customers’
- Stays current on competitors’ offerings and contributes to competitive analysis by
- Provides meaningful input on the overall company sales strategy, product development, and
- Perform any other duties or responsibilities as requested by the Inside Sales Manager or Global Sales Director.
