About the Job
Foxconn TX group is now looking for a highly skilled, detail-oriented Process Engineer to join our Houston office. The individual will be instrumental in optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality in operations, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
Location : Houston, TX
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate the current operation processes to identify areas of inefficiency and opportunities for improvement.
- Utilize statistical analysis and process control tools to monitor and improve key process indicators (KPIs) such as cycle time, defect rate, and yield.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process maps.
- Review and calculate labor, material, and other production costs to assist management in decision-making processes.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair services, ensuring compliance with manufacturer’s procedures to maintain operational status of production equipment.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of improvements to existing equipment, manufacturing methods, and tooling.
- Drive continuous improvement within the team, actively participating in improvement activities.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
