About the Role
Foxconn is seeking a Business Development & Key Account Manager to support ongoing business activities between Foxconn's Houston Business Team and HP's Product Business Management Team. This role is a mix of business development, key account management, and technical sales, requiring a strong understanding of computer components and cost structures.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, comfortable working with executive leadership and technical stakeholders, and thrives in global collaboration across multiple operations teams. They should have a sales or business management background with experience in product pricing, RFQ processes, and customer engagement.
This role requires extensive international travel (4-6 weeks between Taiwan & China) and a collaborative mindset, as success depends on teamwork rather than individual leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer & Account Management
Serve as the primary liaison between Foxconn Houston Business Team and HP Product Business Management.
Work closely with Foxconn's China Business Team, Program Management, and Operations Teams.
Develop and deliver presentations to both executive leadership and individual contributors at HP.
Understand electronic component costs and pricing structures to support RFQs and product positioning.
Travel frequently to Taiwan & mainland China (4-6 weeks annually) to strengthen supplier and customer relationships.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in technical sales, business management, account management, or a similar field.
Strong working knowledge of PC architecture and design.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Fluent in both Mandarin and English (highly preferred).
Must demonstrate humility and adaptability, valuing collaboration over individual leadership.
