Experience :
- Minimum 8 years of payroll management experience, with a strong focus on US
- Hands-on experience with Workday, ADP, SAP, Kronos, or similar systems.
- 3–5 years in business analytics and financial reporting, with advanced Excel proficiency.
- Familiarity with complex problem-solving and employment contract management.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to meet critical deadlines, including during holidays.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for collaboration across various stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams, handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and implement effective change management.
