Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing accounts, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects and satisfaction.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our offerings.
- Drive business development initiatives to expand the customer base and increase market share.
- Selling mostly to restaurants, hotels, healthcare (hospitals, nursing homes, etc.), manufacturing companies, really, any business where the employees wear uniforms.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a business development role. Looking for at least 2years of experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in CRM tools is highly desirable.
- Experience in negotiating contracts and closing deals effectively.
