Overview
We are a Residential Real Estate Developer in Philadelphia generally working on $30-50 million size projects. We're creating a new UNION General Contractor shop and need someone with experience in this type of work.
Duties
- Lead and manage all operational aspects of the organization to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Build a team of UNION General Contractors
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational performance and drive growth.
- Oversee project management initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, vendors, and partners to optimize resources.
- Foster a culture of process improvement by identifying inefficiencies and implementing effective solutions.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational strategies with overall business objectives.
- Mentor and develop team members, promoting leadership skills and professional growth within the organization.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
Experience
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles, within Real Estate Developoment operations management or related fields.
- Strong background in business development, demonstrating success in driving growth initiatives.
- Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in strategic planning, with a track record of successfully executing operational strategies.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with experience managing vendor relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects effectively.
