Landscape Crew Member serves to provide the highest quality service while creating a personal connection with clients. Job activities can range from landscape installs and maintenance, tree care and hardscaping. Crew members are to bring a positive attitude to work daily and have a passion for creating beauty on our client’s sites.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate heavier equipment
- Operate a truck and trailer to carry equipment to and from job sites
- Install paver patios, retaining walls, and fire and water features
- Remove weeds and dead plants; prune overgrown limbs occasionally
- Are able to take instruction from a manager and constructive criticism when necessary and apply knowledge
- Maintain the existing landscaping design and ensure plant survival
- Install new flowers, bushes, plants, and decorative shrubs
- Remove tree limbs, overgrowth, and other hazards when necessary
- Oversee and notify managers of required or possible maintenance repairs to equipment
- Be personable, able to talk with customers if approached, and be willing to help if needed.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- High school degree or equivalent educational experience
- 2 years of experience in landscaping and hardscaping
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have a clean driving record
- Able to work independently
- Able to work well with others
- Must have experience using heavy equipment, landscape design, and horticulture practices.
- Able to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 40 pounds

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
