Job Summary:
Account Manager:
Responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of clients. This role focuses on ensuring client satisfaction, renewing contracts, and identifying opportunities for upselling and expanding services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with assigned clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess landscape health and address any issues proactively.
- Contract Management:
- Negotiate and manage contract renewals, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.
- Prepare and present proposals for new services and enhancements.
- Sales and Growth:
- Identify opportunities to upsell existing clients on additional services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding business within the assigned portfolio.
- Operational Oversight:
- Coordinate with field operations teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
- Monitor quality control and address any service issues promptly.
- Financial Management:
- Manage account budgets and track profitability.
- Prepare and submit accurate invoices and ensure timely payment.
Qualifications:
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and horticulture.
- Proficiency with BOSS CRM software.
- Other Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
