500 person Manufacturing company with global presence, and a record of growth for the past 20 years is experiencing significant growth looking to add an Inventory & Shipping and Receiving Specialist (Logistics)
Job Description:
- Oversee a team of 5 people managing shipping, receiving and delivery.
- Track and Analyze Inventory including cycle counts.
- Implement material flow efficiency...remove bottlenecks.
- Track and remove logistics bottlenecks
- Create charts using MS Excel and present data in a graphical format to company management teams and customers.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- No degree is required.
- Prefer strong skills in data analysis Microsoft Excel
- Must have 3 or more years experience in Shipping or Receiving or Logistics - from a Manufacturing or Warehouse setting.
- Experience managing inventory is a huge plus
- Experience managing team as supervisor or team-leader is a huge plus.
- Any additional experience in Supply Chain management is a plus.
