The Head of Operations will be a pivotal leader, responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse and logistics operations while playing a key role in shaping company culture. Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Culture Building : Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Lead and inspire teams to perform at their best while aligning with the company’s vision and values.
- Operations Management : Take total ownership of warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
- Strategic Growth : Oversee site selection and launch for new facilities as the company expands into additional markets. Plan and execute scaling strategies while maintaining operational excellence.
- Process Development : Create, refine, and own operational processes to improve productivity, quality, and service levels.
- Financial Management : Manage P&L, budgets, and financial performance metrics. Drive cost efficiency while achieving revenue and profitability goals.
- Proactive Problem-Solving : Identify opportunities for improvement and bring actionable recommendations to elevate operations to a “world-class” standard.
