FPC of Wake Forest has been engaged to locate a Human Resources Generalist for an excellent client! This company is well-known for the design and manufacture of high-quality products used in the consumer, medical devices, and pharmaceutical markets.
So, what will you be doing as Human Resources Generalist?
- Provide policy and procedure guidance to employees and management
- Conduct annual benefit open enrollment
- Develop internal / external recruiting processes
- Create employee training / on-boarding procedures
- Use a process-oriented approach to develop and implement key metrics (KPI)
