The Senior Operations Manager will provide leadership and oversight to all aspects of site Manufacturing Operations. This includes working with Quality and Engineering on process improvements, investigating quality issues, and ensuring compliance with ISO audits. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and publishing plant KPIs.

To be considered for this role, candidates must have a BS in Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain Management, at least 7 years of Management experience in a Manufacturing environment, direct experience in high-speed manufacturing, proficiency in Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma, and an MBA. Additionally, experience in plastic molding, or assembly of complex products is highly desirable.
