FPC of Wake Forest has been engaged to locate a Sr. Operations Manager for an excellent client! This company is well-known for the design and manufacture of high-quality products used in the consumer, medical devices, and pharmaceutical markets.
This role represents to Plant Management!
So, what will you be doing as Sr. Operations Manager?
- Provide leadership and oversight to all aspects of site Manufacturing Operations
- Develop business plans, budgets, staffing plans, and forecasts
- Work with Quality and Engineering on the development of process improvements, investigation of quality issues, and ISO audits
- Act as a champion for employee safety and engagement
- Monitor and publish plant KPIs
