Essential Job Functions
- Manage daily tactical requirements of client(s) :
- Interface with clients, translating their needs into deliverables.
- Investigate and resolve client or internal issues.
- Coordinate with internal departments for client solutions.
- Communicate proactively about business issues and opportunities.
- Prepare accurate client reports and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock forecasting.
- Support order management, including backlog and new part setup.
- Assist with pricing and invoicing.
- Coordinate client projects and service launches.
- Handle first-level escalations and ensure contract obligations are met.
- Disseminate program specifications to internal teams.
- Support business reviews by preparing data and presentations.
- Participate in forecasting, project management, and continuous improvement.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to optimize infrastructure for clients.
- Understand complex pricing models for accurate invoicing.
- Monitor and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and dashboards.
- Interpret ZIP code mapping for logistics.
- Create and present PowerPoint presentations for clients and teams.
- May mentor new employees.
