About the Role:
As a key member of the legal team, you will:
✅ Review, draft, and negotiate domestic and international commercial contracts, including sales, service, procurement, and operations agreements.
✅ Partner with sales, finance, and business leadership domestically and internationally.
✅ Provide strategic legal guidance on corporate affairs, ensuring compliance and risk management.
✅ Support M&A activities as needed.
✅ Work in a dynamic, collaborative environment with talented attorneys and commercial colleagues worldwide.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ At least 4 years of experience as a practicing attorney.
✔️ Strong background in commercial contracts (manufacturing or construction industry experience is a plus).
✔️ Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
✔️ Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
