About the Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Technician to join our team at FPC of Savannah. As a key member, you will be responsible for maintaining the reliability and efficiency of our mechanical and rotating systems.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair mechanical and rotating equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Perform routine inspections and testing to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
- Analyze data from CMMS software to inform maintenance decisions and optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and minimal downtime.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans to minimize unexpected failures.
Requirements:
- 8 years of maintenance experience focused on mechanical and rotating systems.
- A degree in engineering, industrial maintenance, or similar is preferred.
- Extensive experience with overhauls and turnaround processes is required.
- Precision tools and PM/PdM systems are essential for this position.
- Thorough understanding of CMMS software is necessary.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to work independently are also required.
- U.S. citizen or green card holder status is necessary.
