Sr. Project Engineer

Our client is a major player in the chemical manufacturing industry, and looking to add an experienced Sr. Project Engineer to their team in Tennessee!

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement capital projects to improve plant operations
  • Serve as main contact for contractors and stakeholders
  • Implement cost management practices and adhere to project execution deadlines through contractor coordination
  • Ensure OSHA PSM standards are being adhered to throughout project development

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
  • 5 years of experience leading capital projects in a chemical manufacturing environment
  • AutoCad and MS Project experience
  • Experience writing technical specifications for vendors and preparation of capital requests
  • Ability to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously
