What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Generalist position at FPC of Wake Forest?
FPC of Wake Forest has been engaged to locate a Human Resources Generalist for an excellent client! This company is well-known for the design and manufacture of high-quality products used in the consumer, medical devices, and pharmaceutical markets.
So, what will you be doing as Human Resources Generalist?
-Provide policy and procedure guidance to employees and management
-Conduct annual benefit open enrollment
-Develop internal/external recruiting processes
-Create employee training/on-boarding procedures
-Use a process-oriented approach to develop and implement key metrics (KPI)
What you will need to be successful:
-BS in Human Resources or another relevant field
-3 years of experience in a Human Resource organization
-Demonstrated ability to add value to employee experience
-Proven track record in talent recruitment and development
-Ability to communicate to all levels of the organization
-Working knowledge of HRIS
Other things considered a plus:
-MBA
-Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
-Experience with Workday
