A / R analysts are customer service specialists who work with community directors and portfolio managers in a specified portfolio of communities to ensure accurate recording of daytoday activity evaluating and processing forfeitures and compiling monthend reports for the accounting department.
Evaluating and completing move out dispositions to ensure they are true and correct
Correcting misapplied payments from one ledger to anotherBank corrections received from GL AccountantPosting housing deposits and manual check deposits as neededPreparing month end financial reportsAuditing Bank DepositsMailing out refund checksAssisting other A / R Analysts as neededComply with all FPI policies and proceduresComply with Fair Housing LawsTroubleshootingTraining / assisting site staffLiaison between site staff and GL accountantsSpeaking with sites professionally via phone and emailYardi & RealPage our primary software systemOtherConsistently and fairly enforce community rules and regulations FPI Standard Operating Procedures
