Responsibilities
As a Part Time Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Representing FPI in interactions with residents, potential residents, vendors, clients, and guests.
- Maintaining positive, professional relationships with all stakeholders.
- Meeting occupancy targets through effective leasing techniques.
- Conducting market surveys and analyzing data to inform marketing strategies.
- Assisting with resident retention programs.
- Ensuring the safety, comfort, and privacy of all property residents.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within Residential Property Management.
- High School diploma or equivalency certificate required.
- Valid Driver's License, a good driving record, current motor vehicle insurance meeting State requirements, and an operable vehicle that meets FPI's Driving Standards and Personal Vehicle Use policy.
- Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office, Google Apps, property management-related software, email, internet, and social media.
