Job Overview
The Marketing Account Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and executing client projects under the direction of the Director of Client Services. This client-facing role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships to drive client retention and business growth. With oversight from the Director, the Account Manager makes key decisions to ensure successful project execution and strategic alignment with client goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Define project scope, establish roadmaps, and delegate tasks to ensure timely and budget-conscious completion.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal creative teams, clients, and partners to align project execution with objectives.
- Task Delegation & Execution: Assign and oversee work according to company policies while ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
- Client & Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and client-facing documents while serving as a liaison between internal teams and client contacts.
- Marketing Strategy & Execution: Partner with leadership to develop and implement marketing plans across digital and traditional channels.
- Revenue Growth & Business Development: Identify client growth opportunities and collaborate with leadership to pursue them.
- Market Research & Trends: Analyze industry trends and opportunities to inform marketing strategies.
- Operational Support: Maintain project schedules, budgets, and reporting accuracy while responding to internal and external stakeholder requests.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Minimum (2) years of experience managing client relationships, and (1) year of digital marketing experience and/or exposure.
- Onsite presence required – this is not a remote position.
