All salary and compensation packages at FR Conversions are subject to applicable labor laws, FR Conversions standard company policies, and payroll regulations, including taxes and withholdings.

Safety-Sensitive Position
This role is not designated as a Safety Sensitive position. As such, it is not subject to post-offer and random drug/alcohol screenings. However, all positions at FR Conversions are subject to at-cause and post-incident drug/alcohol screenings to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring clear and actionable documentation.
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that inform business strategies.
- Process Documentation: Document existing business processes, workflows, and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the business.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in testing and quality assurance processes to ensure that deliverables meet business requirements and high standards.
- Problem Solving and Innovation: Identify business issues and propose innovative solutions to improve processes, efficiency, accuracy, and overall performance.

Requirements And Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and/or Access.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable running and editing SQL queries.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment with occasional in-person meetings as needed.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt to new challenges, and continuously improve.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or a related industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
