FR Community, Bayview, Syracuse, Indiana, is looking for a Community Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, friendly, and professional, with excellent customer service skills. We are looking for someone passionate about helping others, being organized, and who can help create a vision of creating attainable housing for our customers.
JOB DUTIES
- Acts as the first point of contact by greeting visitors and residents, determining needs, and providing the appropriate information or service.
- Answer and make external and internal phone calls to residents and vendors.
- Taking, creating, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance work orders.
- Assist in daily payment collection.
- Supports the home sales process.
- Shows homes and gives community tours.
- Creates lease documents.
- Create and maintain a positive customer service environment.
- Communicate policies and procedures.
- Administrative duties.
- Additional duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be self-motivated, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Proficient with office equipment: Fax, Scanner, Copier.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Microsoft Office 365 proficiency.
- Bilingual highly desired
