Role Overview :

As an Account Manager at Fractal, you'll drive business growth within our Technology, Media, and

Entertainment (TME) sector by working closely with our clients and solution and core account teams. You will act as a trusted advisor, adept at managing complex negotiations and driving strategic sales initiatives.

Responsibilities :

  • Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and managing sales within select accounts.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor by aligning Fractal’s solutions with client needs and business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with procurement teams to expedite the contracting process and facilitate faster deal executions.
  • Utilize industry knowledge to engage clients, demonstrating the value of our solutions through consultative selling.
  • Cultivate deep relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and converting them into sales opportunities.
  • Lead and coordinate sales campaigns within large accounts independently.
  • Engage in proactive business development and pre-sales activities by leveraging technical and industry expertise.
  • Represent the entire Fractal portfolio, showcasing a broad understanding of AI, engineering, design, and behavioral sciences.
  • Collaborate closely with procurement teams to identify new business opportunities and ensure smooth deal closures.

Success Profile :

  • Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives within assigned accounts, consistently achieving or surpassing sales goals.
  • Strong commercial insight with the ability to manage and expand revenue streams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing clients from technical roles to C-level executives.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experienced in leading diverse, global teams and managing significant account growth.
  • Qualifications and Skills

  • 12-15 years of experience in the data analytics industry, with direct client interaction.
  • Proven track record of account growth and developing robust client relationships across geographies.
  • Good knowledge of industry dynamics and key functional areas such as data engineering, customer analytics, and digital marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable with navigating ambiguity in a cross-functional setup.
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields preferred. Hands-on experience with analytics tools and technologies is an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire for rapid career advancement and a results-driven attitude.
  • Pay :

    The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is : $160,000 - $230,000. In addition, for the current performance period, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.

    Benefits :

    As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per

    week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time. You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company. In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms. The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave. We also follow a “free time” PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take time needed for either sick time or vacation.
