Primary Responsibilities
- Collaboration : Partner cross-functionally with commercial, engineering, regulatory, legal, and medical affairs teams to align execution of marketing programs to support Fractyl's business objectives.
- Go-To-Market Planning : Coordinate product marketing activities for new launches, including executing launch plans, crafting impactful promotional materials, and developing training resources.
- Content Development : Collaborate with internal and external partners to create engaging, high quality materials, including websites, brochures, videos, and other marketing tools.
- Congress and Event Support : Coordinate and support presence at industry congresses, symposia / workshops, and company-led events to maximize visibility and engagement.
- Campaign Management : Support commercial marketing campaigns, including program planning, budget management, and performance analysis.
- Market Insights : Support market research programs to analyze audience behavior, trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Budget Management : Assist in monitoring and providing reports to help ensure strategic use of resources and submission of purchase requisitions.
- Perform all activities in compliance with applicable regulations, Fractyl's policies and guidelines, including, but not limited to, timely documentation of activities and maintaining all required applicable training.
- Bring a "can do" spirit to work and deliver on other responsibilities as assigned.
