You have completed a BS in Business Administration or a related field or have directly related project management experience in lieu of degree. You have worked in a closely related project management, cost, or scheduling role for at least 7 years and are ready to join Framatome and help deliver clean, safe energy and advance nuclear technology.

Your Opportunity

This full-time role is about making an impact on people’s lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a Project Support Supervisor in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the Fuel Design Business Line in the Fuel Business Unit. You will be responsible for supporting the Fuel engineering organization with improvements in planning and project coordination with project management. Your work will include:

• Implementation of scheduling and planning best practices with group leaders and manager.
• Implementation of corporate planning initiatives and communicating with executive leaders.
• Leading process improvements for the implementation of integrated schedules and resource management tools.
• Performing cross coaching of teams in other regions, including teams in France and Germany.
• Supporting the onboarding and training of new group leaders with planning and resource management tools.
• Supervision for a team of schedulers
• Integrated planning support for large projects

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $97,000 - $131,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
