As a Pump and Motor Service Center - Training Coordinator in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the IBR Business Line in the Installed Base Business Unit.

Your work will include:

• Support Training organization in scheduling resources.
• Responsible for coordination of all logistics required to perform training.
• Be competent to perform tasks that may impact on health and safety in the workplace.
• Rely on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Perform a variety of tasks, working under general supervision.
• May provide guidance to less experienced Training Coordinators.
  

Major Duties include:

• Single point of contact for scheduling dates for all training activities
  
• Coordinate instructor assignments
  
• Setting up facilities and materials required for training
  
• Coordinate and Notify participants and instructors of travel arrangements when needed
• Proctor and administer testing
  
• Provide computer support for training activities
  
• Perform data entry of all training and qualification
  
• Assist with training audits
  
• Assist with other general clerical duties as directed
  
• Play an active role in creating a safe and healthy workplace and comply with all applicable safety and health rules

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $24.10 - $31.50 per hour, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
