This full-time role is about making an impact on people’s lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a Principal Software Engineer in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the IBOS Business Line in the Installed Base Business Unit. This BU is responsible for designing and upgrading nuclear reactor refueling equipment to commercial nuclear reactors. You will be responsible for leading the design and programming of the Human Machine Interface interfacing to the control systems for Nuclear Power Plant Refueling Equipment. Typical interfaced equipment includes PLC control systems, Variable Frequency Drive, Motors, Human Machine Interfaces with touchscreens, power supply systems, transformers, industrial PCs, electric brakes, etc.

Your Total Rewards Package
The range of base salary for the position is between $75,000 - $97,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
