Job Title: Marketing Manager

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year
This position also comes with additional 0.2% - 1% equity compensation in Predob (an exciting Tech Startup owned by Frame Amo).

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention
- Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals to execute marketing campaigns across various channels
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize for success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5 years of experience in ecommerce marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience working in e-commerce or retail industry
