Key Responsibilities
- Manage production samples, including handling incoming and outgoing samples.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external partners regarding new orders, PO shortages/overages, PO delays, target INDC dates, and in-transit delays.
- Action product requests immediately upon receiving notification from the Merchandiser.
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure product is shipped back to inventory.
- Provide daily status updates to the team.
